Q: Do you offer custom colors?
A: All custom color blends will add $250 CAD to your order, and add to the fabrication lead time as pigments will need to be custom blended or order from our supplier. If you require a custom color, connect with us directly via email to ensure we may fabricate in your desired color choice.
Q: Do your units come with mounting brackets?
A: A bracket unit must be added to an order if needed.
Q: Do you offer expedited fabrication times/ “ Rush Orders”
A: All orders are processed in the order of which they are placed, and within the set lead time specified.
All rush orders will include $500 CAD fee to prioritize your order ahead of previously made orders and to still allow us stay within promised time frames for all. ( In other words - to extend our work days to accommodate for a rush order, I must be able to pay my team overtime) A “ RUSH ORDER “ is processed in approximately 2 weeks instead of our standard 4-6 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE : Rush orders are accepted on a limited basis per month.
Q: Do you take orders over the phone?
A: NO! We are exclusively on e-commerce business and do not provide personal lines for ordering.
To ensure the protection of both parties all order details and sale agreements must be communicated via email or e-commerce site only.
Q: What if I change my mind or no longer need my purchase?
A: We do not accept order cancellations or free of charge order modifications. Any ordering modifications will be billed to the customer accordingly.
Q: Do you have any pictures of additional colors?
A: All available photos have been posted. When more photos become available they will be added to the listing.
Q: Do you have colour samples available?

Q: What if I want to order a design or dimension that’s not listed?
A: Please message us directly for custom orders.
Q: Do you offer the option to pick up opposed to shipping?
A: At this time we are temporarily fabricating in Mexico and offer pick up here only.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We are currently shipping all over Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean islands.
Q: How can I order a cabinet in a listing image?
A: We are not currently offering any millwork for sale.
Q: Do you offer trades/contractor/designer discounts?
A: Yes we do! Please email us for information.
Q: Can I order a sink to float alone?
A: All of our sinks could be mounted to float or on top of a cabinet, your choice!
Q: What currency are your prices listed in, and will I be charged tax on my order?
A: All prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Canadian sales tax (GST/HST/PST/QST) is applied only to orders shipped within Canada, based on the destination province. Orders shipped to the United States and other international destinations are zero-rated for Canadian tax and will not be charged Canadian sales tax. However, international customers are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country’s customs authority upon delivery.
