Return Policy 

At CreteSTRÖM, each piece is handmade to order with great care and craftsmanship. Because of the unique and personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

We believe in creating quality, one-of-a-kind items that are made just for you. As a result, once an order is placed, production begins shortly after, and materials are sourced specifically for your item. This made-to-order approach means we are unable to restock or resell returned pieces.

However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a free replacement. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can make it right. This will give us time to file a claim with the courier. After 14 days post delivery CreteSTRÖM will not accept any claims of transit damage, and a replacement item will be at the cost to the customer.
